Betay Lakay Betay (meaning farm animals) is a grassroots organization with the mission to help improve farming in Haiti (Lakay).

Betay Lakay is working to, reduce the Haitian’s dependence on imported meat, grow the national production, tackle the Haitian food crisis, create jobs, combat erosion and reduce the cost of living in Haiti. Betay Lakay is working hand in hand with the farmers to help them achieve utmost potential from their livestock. We combine 21st century techniques with the farmers’ innate ability for maximum results while keeping the animals fresh and organic.
