Out My Closet LGBTQ teens and young adults have one of the highest rates of su***de attempts. We reinforce validation and acceptance of sexual identity and gender expression.

Out My Closet aims to address the critical needs of under-resourced and unhoused LGBTQ+ youth and adults through specialized clothing donations, counseling services, and educational workshops. Researchers have found that the attempted su***de rates & suicidal ideations among le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, q***r and questioning youth is comparatively higher than among the general population.

Out My Closet services to displaced youth who are in vulnerable and crucial states. We address immediate needs such as clothing and offer referrals to agencies where shelter and food are provided. OMC conducts its services and mannerism that uplifts, motivates and reinforce displaced youth. We also work with other agencies and organizations to offer consciousness on the needs of the LGBTQ community.
