As part of Boston College's Frontier Fellowship, the Montserrat Coalition Program brought 11 students, Fr. Michael Davidson, SJ, and two staff members to Thailand from June 24–July 6, 2026, for a two-week immersion experience focused on global learning, service, and reflection. Before traveling, students researched topics including Thailand's religious diversity, education, healthcare, and mindfulness practices. During the trip, they reflected daily through the Jesuit Examen and group discussions while exploring Thailand's cultural and spiritual traditions. A highlight was serving with elderly residents at the Camillian Social Center in Sampran, an experience that deepened their commitment to solidarity, compassion, and leadership.
