Clarify News Empowering youth through public service journalism. Founded by City Limits.

CLARIFY NEWS is a paid internship for youth in public service journalism that launched in the Bronx in 2015 and now has more than 350 alumni from across all five boroughs of New York City. We are proud to extend City Limits' legacy as NYC’s oldest nonprofit investigative news agency by empowering youth and strengthening communities through this unique training program for high school students. We

believe an informed citizenry is a critical component for a healthy, thriving community. Introducing youth to the power of public-service journalism not only gives them real-world work, civics, and writing experience, it also has significant downstream impact on the student, and society.
