Lawfare Project is suing the New School.

Three years after the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, Jew-hatred has not disappeared. It followed Jewish students into classrooms, studios, hallways, and campuses.

Today, we fight back with the law.

According to the lawsuit, protesters pursued her for blocks while screaming anti-Jewish and anti-Zionist slurs.

A protester later hurled a bottle at Shabot, missing her by inches.

BELGIUM 🇧🇪 Authorities are now establishing a direct link between Iran and several attacks that targeted Jewish interests in the country in March. Gert Vercauteren, director of the Coordination Unit for Threat Analysis (OCAM), stated that the perpetrators had “certainly” responded to a call from Iran to strike Jewish and Israeli interests around the world.

The first incident occurred on March 9, when an explosive device detonated in front of the Great Synagogue of Liège. The explosion notably damaged the main door and shattered windows, but did not cause any injuries. Several people were subsequently arrested as part of the investigation.

A few days later, a vehicle was set on fire in the Jewish quarter of Antwerp. Two teenagers were arrested following this suspected Jew-hatred attack. Once again, no victims were reported.

According to Vercauteren, these events should not be considered as isolated acts but rather as elements of a coordinated campaign. An individual suspected of having played a central role in coordinating attacks in Europe has since been arrested in Turkey. (i24 News)

The IRGC campaign in Belgium used the same tactics to strike Jewish targets from Sydney to London to New York. That same “Axis of Resistance” - Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Tehran’s other proxies - is celebrated by the DSA as “resistance” in statements and rallies, instead of condemned for the terror network it is. This raises the question of how wide the terror network really is.

Gerard Filitti, senior counsel with The Lawfare Project, a Jewish civil and human rights organization, described the case in more detail in comments to Fox News Digital.

“In May, The Lawfare Project sent The New York Times a seven-page retraction demand on the [Nicholas] Kristof column, documenting that the column’s primary source is chaired by a man on Israel’s list of Hamas operatives who called the October 7 attackers ‘heroic knights,’ and that its validating expert left UCLA amid sexual harassment allegations involving minors,” Filitti said.

“The Times’ deputy general counsel answered that he saw ‘no basis for a retraction or correction’ because the story ‘was carefully edited and fact-checked.’ Yet less than two months later, the paper’s executive editor said the newsroom ‘wouldn’t have done that exact piece,’” he continued.

“Shortly after our demand, the paper’s own shareholders asked a narrower question – whether anyone above the editors checks that the Times follows its own written standards — and the Times refused to even provide them with the charters and standards handbook it already publishes.

“The petition filed today puts the Times’ credibility in front of a judge, along with a record the paper has refused to answer anywhere else: 72 errors the paper admitted in eight months of war coverage, 48 of them about Israel; a front-page caption calling a Gaza child ‘born healthy’ that the paper walked back five days later; a columnist who quoted his own campaign donors in at least a dozen columns without telling readers; a 10-year Jewish employee told by Human Resources, according to the petition, to ‘go find a place whose values align with yours;’ and a federal jury that found the Times liable for defamation on August 20, the paper’s first loss at trial in more than fifty years,” Filitti added.

LAWFARE PROJECT WIN: Judge tosses lawsuit accusing Jewish couple of getting Muslim lawyer fired over anti-Israel posts.

A federal judge in Florida has dismissed a lawsuit from a Muslim attorney who accused a Jewish couple of conspiring to get her fired by publicizing her anti-Israel social media posts.

Zohra Khorashi, described in court papers as a Muslim woman of Pakistani origin who worked at Chartwell Law Offices in Miami from 2018 to 2024, filed the suit in the Southern District of Florida last year. It sought hefty compensatory and punitive damages.

“People who speak out against antisemitism should not have to face meritless lawsuits for sharing truthful public information and expressing their views,” said Benjamin Ryberg, attorney and chief operating officer at the Lawfare Project.

Her complaint accused Gadi B**r, a Pennsylvania attorney who helped found Chartwell in 2002, of doxing her over posts she made to her public Instagram account after Hamas slaughtered Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, 2023.

“Efforts to use litigation to intimidate or silence Jewish voices cannot go unchallenged, and we are grateful to organizations like The Lawfare Project that are willing to stand up against attempts to chill lawful speech and advocacy,” the B**rs said.

Colombia has withdrawn its participation in South Africa’s genocide case against Israel, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) said Tuesday.

The United States has denied Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas an entry visa to attend the UN General Assembly in New York next week, a source familiar with the case said Wednesday.

In a separate statement that did not mention Abbas by name, the State Department say it would deny visas to members of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and officials with the Palestinian Authority (PA), “as a consequence of their failure to reform, contrary to their commitments to the United States, and their ongoing activities that undermine the prospects for peace.”

“This includes initiating and supporting actions at international organizations that undermine and contradict prior commitments,” the department also said.

Washington also accused the organizations of “taking actions to internationalize the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict including through the International Criminal Court (ICC) and International Court of Justice (ICJ), seeking to bypass negotiations through seeking unilateral recognition, and continuing to pay stipends to terrorists and to glorify acts of terrorism and terrorists in public pronouncements and school textbooks.”

The United States cannot allow international bodies to become kangaroo courts used in lawfare against us - or our allies.
