Last week, we hosted an afternoon that perfectly reflected the spirit of the Endeavor Kenya network — connection, growth, and well-being,🌿

The day began with our Founders’ Workshop, designed for ambitious leaders scaling fast and striving to do it sustainably. Led by Thrive Worldwide in collaboration with Carina Rumberger, Endeavor Mentor & Executive Coach, the session offered practical, evidence-based tools to help founders recognize and manage burnout, delegate with confidence, and build teams that thrive.

From 🚀 scaling insights to 💬 candid founder dialogue, it was an afternoon of reflection and actionable takeaways for those building at pace.

Later, we transitioned into a vibrant networking evening graciously hosted by DFS, where Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Scale Up founders, Network Members, Mentors, and our Board of Directors came together for meaningful conversations and community connection.

We also took a moment to celebrate our Top 10 Mentors of 2025, incredible individuals whose guidance continues to shape the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs. (Stay tuned for our Mentor Hall of Fame post!)
