It is a WOYA initiative bringing people together for a purpose-driven journey across Africa—connecting with communities, learning from local leaders, collaborating with partners, and contributing to work designed for lasting impact.

We are not investing in programs. We are investing in people.

Because somewhere there is a young woman with an idea she hasn't said out loud yet.

A young person who has never been in the room where decisions about their future are being made.

A woman with talent, experience and ambition who needs opportunity—not another speech about empowerment.

And someone encountering AI for the first time who doesn't need to be told to fear the future. They need the skills and access to help shape it.

That is the work.

At Women & Youth Advancement Inc. (WOYA), we believe education matters. Economic opportunity matters. Health and wellbeing matter. Technology matters. Global exposure matters.

But ultimately, people matter.
