Formed in 2019, COMA is an advocacy organization whose mission is to fight stereotyping of Asian Americans in the media and to promote positive images and historical accuracy of the role on Asian Americans in the historical development of the United States. COMA is based in New York City's Chinatown and is a platform for the AAPI community to voice its opinion on fair representation, racial injust

ice and media awareness of AAPI issues. COMA runs regular programs such as film showings, actors performances, mentoring for aspiring AAPI actors and workshops for young AAPI members to develop film, photography and journalism skills.
