FourBlock partners with American employers to fundamentally improve transition to meaningful careers after military service. U.S.

Our vision is a future in which every veteran transitions with purpose, stability, and opportunity. Our name FourBlock comes from a term used to describe the war-fighting strategy that has been implemented in Iraq and Afghanistan. In this strategy, service-members must simultaneously conduct humanitarian aid missions, peacekeeping operations and full-combat. Marines call this challenge the Three B

lock War. We believe that there is a fourth and final block to this strategy that is essential to our enduring success. The Fourth Block represents our mission to ensure that returning veterans have the tools and resources they need to begin new careers.

**COVID-19 UPDATE: To ensure the health and safety of all involved in response to COVID-19, our Career Readiness Program for transitioning service members and veterans is operating virtually at this time. We will resume with in-person engagements when it is safe to do so and in accordance with all city and state guidelines.
