ארגון אהבת חסד מתמחה בעזרה לחולים בבתי רפואה ברחבי ניו יורק. הארגון מציע תמיכה בחולה ובמשפחתו, סיוע במציאת רופאים מן השורה הראשונה ומתן טיפול רפואי, הכוונה בכל הקשור לבתי חולים ולטיפול מתאים, ניוד חולים ללא תשלום.
הארגון חרט על דגלו לעזור לחולים וכמוכן לשמח אותם ולרומם את רוחם במצב הקשה שבו הם נמצאים, נעשים ביקורי חולים ומעקב אחר החלמתם. Ahavas Chesed is an organization that specializes in Chessed with
dignity, supporting those in need during difficult times. Ahavas Chesed is also operating a soup kitchen. The premises look more like a restaurant than a soup kitchen, and anyone in need can step in from 5:30 to 7:30 PM and will be served a delicious hot dinner in a comfortable and dignified setting

35 years ago, Rabbi Avrohom Lieder A”h founded Ahavas Chesed with one mission: to be there for patients and families facing illness and crisis. Today, that mission continues under the leadership of his son, Rabbi Dovid Lieder.

It’s Erev Yom Kippur, and that can only mean one thing:
It’s time to give Tzedakah.

I ask that you contribute to Ahavas Chesed, where we provide care and assistance to those struggling with illness in our community. Receiving medical care can be lonely, and that’s why we offer food coupons, financial support, and advocacy for patients.

Please open your heart to the community, and take part in their healing. This year, may we all be inscribed in the book of life and good health.
