MCP wrapped up its summer season last week with three different programs of great chamber music spread over five jam-packed days of experiencing one of the most incredible places in the world - the Grand Canyon.

It is a great privilege to be a part of the Grand Canyon Music Festival every year, and we had a special treat this year to be invited to give our last performance at NAU Flagstaff in their beautiful recital hall - huge thanks to everyone who made it all happen!

Scenes from the past couple of weeks with MCP:

Recitals in the Hamptons at Quogue Chamber Music followed by a trip to Vermont's remote Northeast Kingdom to perform at Summer Music from Greensboro, and then down to the charming village of New London, NH to give a wind and strings chamber concert for its Summer Music Associates series!

Huge thanks to all the wonderful musicians, presenters, staff, hosts, and, of course, audiences that made these wonderful experiences possible ❤️

Next up, we're heading out west for the Lily Rock Chamber Music Festival and Grand Canyon Music Festival 😀🙌

We left NYC this week for Strings Music Festival Steamboat Springs, CO with great memories of our recital in the phenomenal Richardson Auditorium for Princeton University Summer Chamber Concerts.

For a packed house (despite a torrential downpour), we performed repertoire for the unique combination of clarinet, viola, and piano in this beautiful and stellar acoustic!

Last weekend marked MCP's fourth invitation to picturesque Woodstock, NY to perform for Maverick Concerts, a venerable, brilliantly curated series that still manages to excite, surprise, and engage its audiences with great chamber music.

92°F heat with no air conditioning did not stop the sold-out crowd from showing up in droves, and it certainly didn't stop us from sweating it out to the tunes of W.A. Mozart, Valerie Coleman, and Russell Platt 😅

Next stop: Princeton University Summer Chamber Concerts this Monday night with works by Mozart, Schumann, Bruch, Poulenc, and Enescu!

A super fun MCP group converged on Bartlesville, OK last weekend to again headline the opening concert of OK MOZART Festival, with David Fung, Pianist as our piano soloist (and MCP founding member)!
