In a return trip to perform for Calgary Pro Musica, we had a truly magical time in beautiful Calgary, giving two recitals of Schumann, Chausson, and Bridge in the fantastic Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall at the University of Calgary, and even getting to see some of our dear friends who came to hear us ❤️

Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and we look forward to next time! Coming up: we perform works by Mozart, Mendelssohn, Copland, and Andrea Casarrubios for the Oregon Bach Festival next month 🙌

We are now in Phoenix, performing works by Schumann, Chausson, and Turina this evening for Phoenix Chamber Music Society - can't wait! 🎶

So many composers' birthdays to celebrate this past week: Mozart, Schubert, AND Mendelssohn!

Here is a particularly heartfelt clip from a work written during Felix Mendelssohn's teenage years (if you can believe it) - the touching conclusion of the first movement of his String Quintet No. 1 ❤️
