***SADAKA OPPORTUNITY***

Bismillah, we are raising $1500 to replenish our inventory of socks for homeless distribution.

Poor foot hygiene due to lack of socks is the leading health ailment for many homeless individuals that cause long lasting deadly infections keeping them in a constant state of poor health that inevitabily can lead too amputations.

We distribute 3 pairs of fresh new socks (as well as new sneakers) to 150-200 homeless individuals on a weekly basis.

Bismillah,

Last night was an extremly humbling experiance.

We were contacted by a couple of people and made aware of some 80 Muslim Refugee brothers from Africa who have migrated from Africa to South America. From South America they have come to the United States on foot. Ultimatley detained by immigration for an extended time.

Ultimately they have gone through the process and have now made it to a Shelter home in Queens, NY.

They have not had a proper pair of socks or shoes just some basic slippers.

Allah swt has gifted us such a blessed opportunity to meet these brothers. We greeted them with Salaams, hugs amd ZamZam. They were so breathtaken to be surprised with some ZamZam. Most of these brother are from Senagal and did not speak any Emglish...as soon as we said ZamZam they jumped for joy.

Islam has granted us the universal language of brotherhood and love.

They were so happy to see us and very humbled and thankful for socks and sneakers.

Im Sha Allah some clothing and Mobile Hair cuts are being scheduled.

Mau Allah swt rectify there affairs ameen.
