Books in hand, imaginations soaring. 📚✨

Our Book Fairs are in full swing across Success Academy, giving scholars the chance to discover new stories and add five free books to their home libraries.

Fostering a love of reading is at the heart of what we do, and we're proud to help every scholar build a personal library that inspires curiosity, learning, and a lifelong love of books. 📚✨

POV: The kids from the dot rug just picked up their diplomas.
And now, 100% of our seniors are headed to 4-year colleges and universities. Talk about a full-circle moment. 🎓

Paintbrushes, sunshine, and plenty of creativity. :sunny:

Our Art Club scholars recently enjoyed a special Art in the Park afternoon, spending time watercolor painting, designing handmade bookmarks, and creating alongside their families.

Through Success Academy's visual arts program, scholars build creative confidence, strengthen their artistic skills, and bring their learning to life. Events like these give families the opportunity to be part of that journey and celebrate their scholars' creativity every step of the way.

Every note tells a story. 🎶

Our middle school musicians are taking us down Memory Lane and reminding us just how wide and deep the SA Scholar Talent Program goes.

From dancers to actors to band students putting in real work every single day, the talent across our schools is something to celebrate. The Festival of the Performing Arts is coming and our scholars have been putting in the work to make it unforgettable.

Imagine stepping onto the court at Madison Square Garden. 🏀

For our scholars, it was a moment they'll never forget. They stood on the same court where legends have made history and where the Knicks are now preparing for the NBA Finals.

This is what we do. We put our young people in rooms (and arenas) that expand what they believe is possible. A huge thank you to the Jr. Knicks for our continued partnership and for making this moment possible.

New York rising. 💙🧡

When math gets a little peer reviewed ➗✨

Our 5th graders stepped into leadership mode, teaching and supporting our younger scholars in math and showing what it looks like when learning flows across grade levels.

This is collaboration in action. Scholars teaching scholars, confidence building confidence, and community growing right in the classroom.

Here, leadership is not about age; it is a mindset. 🧡

The moment it all becomes real. 💙

From their very first day of kindergarten to submitting their final college applications, every step has been about preparing our scholars for success in higher education and beyond.

Hear our seniors reflect on the college application journey, the support system that guided them along the way, and the unforgettable moment they opened their acceptance portals. A reminder of what happens when hard work meets high expectations.

Meet Ms. Che!

From prepping for tournaments to leading powerful classroom discussions, she’s doing more than teaching debate. She’s helping scholars build confidence, think critically, and speak with purpose. The skills they learn here go far beyond competition. This is what Debate at SA looks like.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Earlier today, our scholars received big news: Misty Copeland will be the keynote speaker at this year’s commencement!

A renowned and trailblazing artist, activist, founder, and former Principal Dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, Ms. Copeland made history as the first African American woman promoted to this role. She is also a best-selling author and, through the Misty Copeland Foundation, has dedicated her work to expanding access and representation in dance and ballet — a mission that deeply resonates with Success Academy’s commitment to providing scholars with the highest level of arts education.

It is a tremendous honor to welcome Ms. Copeland as she addresses the Class of 2030 on this momentous occasion. Her story of discipline, resilience, courage, and excellence reflects the very qualities our graduating seniors have demonstrated throughout their Success Academy journey.
