A local person who calls herself a trainer is selling these. Please be careful as these slip collars can and do cause soft tissue damage, tracheal damage, thyroid damage, eye damage, and spinal injury. These collars work by causing your dog discomfort and/or pain. There are so many better options than using tools like these, and there are certainly better trainers who can help you without injuring or scaring your dog.
