Two weeks later, and we’re still thinking about what a special night the 2026 LISC NY Big Apple Awards Gala was.

From the beautiful views at the Rainbow Room to a room filled with guests dressed in metallics, the evening felt like a true celebration from start to finish. It was a night filled with connection, laughter, recognition, and so much energy — one we’ll remember for a long time.

Blondel will moderate the opening housing policy panel, “Reimagining the Playing Field,” featuring industry experts Lucy Joffe, Vlada Kenniff, Judy Herbstman and Kim Darga. LISC NY has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for our New York Land Opportunity Program (NYLOP). We’re seeking co-developers to partner with Volunteers of America (VOA) for a site located in Rochester, NY.
