I was so heart broken after reading this comment below on one Facebook group I was following this morning. John Blessing have 4kids, 3boys and a girl. All she was asking for was used clothes for her kids not even money 😭😭😭😭 , she said there is no hope of Christmas clothes for her kids this year but I believe with you my good friends that have decided to join me to stand for the weak won't allow this to happen to this kids 💪💪💪💪.

Maroko is a shanty community by the water side in Lekki.
We visited there recently and decided to make the people there our first beneficiaries.
And in the spirit of the season, we decided to extend our hands to all members of the community that we can reach.

We discovered that many of them have no comfort or warmth of homes and are forced to sleep outside in the open, on hard, wooden benches with just sheer cotton materials for covers.
As a result of this, we are going to be sharing relief materials like raw food items, clothes, beddings/blankets, shoes, bags and many more.

Now that Covid19 has toppled the world and rendered many clueless, as to what step to take next; what can we do to help?

Imagine a country, with most of its citizens who have always struggled for survival, being thrown into an economic crises because of a pandemic.
Imagine a country with a high percentage of its citizens living below one dollar, gradually going into recession.
Imagine a country, that has never been able to provide basic amenities for its citizens, having an awful hike in prices of every product meant to better the lives of its citizens.
Imagine the disaster Nigeria has become.

Now, imagine the people that have suffered this setback the most. Picture in your mind, the children, brought up in abject poverty. The widows, who have always struggled to stay alive. The men, who have been dealt heavily by the gross inequality in the distribution of wealth and opportunities.

How have they coped?
Who has helped them?
Who is willing to help?

We are a family, bound together by the mutual desire to lend helping hands.
We are a community, committed to easing the burden of existence for people who have become too tired to live.
