We’re excited to announce our NY Thespian Festival 2026 keynote speaker — Catherine Quirico!

A proud New Jersey Thespians alum, Catherine brings her passion for storytelling full circle as she returns to inspire the next generation of theatre artists.

Catherine Quirico is an actress with over 10 years in the industry, with a genuine love and passion for storytelling. Her start in the industry began as a commercial model: with campaigns for Hasbro, Toys R Us, Party City, and more. Modeling led to her realizing that what she really wanted to do was act!

Catherine recently earned her BFA in Acting for Film, Television, and Theatre from Rider University. She has trained with MN Acting Studio, Dena Tyler, and Geoffrey Blake. She credits every teacher and every set with pushing her to grow, stretch, and remain endlessly curious. She has appeared in FBI, CIA, Your Friends & Neighbors, There She Goes, and Stop Time, as well as Off-Broadway credits, most recently originating a role in Regarding the Disappearance of Amy.

Through her experiences she loves exploring all types of roles: comedic, dramatic, messy, grounded. When she is not acting, you can usually find her playing video games, working out, or hanging out with her pets!
