🚨 LONG POST ALERT—BUT MY HEART IS FULL! 🚨
My heart is overflowing with gratitude as I reflect on this past weekend and our Esther’s Daughters “Anchored” Conference. What an incredible move of God! From the workshops and worship services to the fellowship, healing, deliverance, and powerful Word of God, this conference was truly one I will never forget.
First, I want to thank my wonderful husband, Bishop James Pullings Jr. Thank you for always supporting me, believing in the vision God has given me, and standing beside me as I continue the work of Esther’s Daughters. Your love, prayers, wisdom, covering, and encouragement mean more to me than words could ever express. I love and appreciate you deeply.
To Terrell and your entire production team my God! The sound was amazing, the lighting was beautiful, and the entire setup helped create the perfect atmosphere for worship. Your professionalism, excellence, patience, and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. You made sure everything flowed properly from beginning to end. Terrell, you are now officially part of the Esther’s Daughters family and team we are not letting you go! Thank you for sharing your gifts with us and helping bring this vision to life with such excellence.
To Glenn, our amazing Musical Director, thank you! The way you played, sang, directed, and followed the flow of the Spirit was absolutely incredible. You helped set the atmosphere for every service. The worship was powerful, and the presence of God truly met us in that room. Thank you to every musician and singer who served alongside you. Your gifts, sacrifice, and commitment helped make each worship experience unforgettable.
To every speaker and workshop facilitator, thank you for allowing God to use you. Every message, prayer, testimony, teaching, and word of encouragement was needed. You poured into the women, ministered to their hearts, and allowed the Holy Spirit to have His way. Thank you for your preparation, sacrifice, and willingness to share what God placed in your spirit. The seeds you planted will continue producing fruit long after this conference.
To my Conference Coordinator, Missionary Tina Lambus where do I even begin? Thank you for carrying this vision as if it were your own. Thank you for your hard work, sacrifice, sleepless nights, creativity, dedication, and love for Esther’s Daughters. From coordinating the speakers, hotel, vendors, production, program, awards, graphics, and countless behind-the-scenes details, you gave this conference everything you had. Even during the difficult and overwhelming moments, you continued pushing because you wanted to see the vision succeed. I love you, I appreciate you, and I am so proud of you. Your labor was not in vain, and none of it went unnoticed.
To our Esther’s Daughters Core Team, thank you for every prayer, sacrifice, financial contribution, phone call, errand, and assignment you completed. Thank you for stepping in wherever you were needed and helping us serve God’s daughters with love and excellence. A vision of this size cannot be carried by one person, and I am grateful for every one of you who helped carry the load.
To our greeters, ushers, registration team, security, media team, finance team, drivers, vendors, decorators, volunteers, and everyone who served behind the scenes thank you! Whether your name was called publicly or not, please know that God saw your labor, and so did I. Every smile, welcoming word, table arranged, bag prepared, guest assisted, and problem quietly solved helped make this conference a success.
To our honorees, thank you for allowing Esther’s Daughters to recognize and celebrate you. Your lives, service, strength, courage, faithfulness, and impact are worthy of honor. We pray that you will continue doing the work God has called you to do.
Finally, to everyone who registered, traveled, attended, supported, prayed, gave, shared our posts, purchased merchandise, patronized our vendors, or invited someone to join us thank you from the bottom of my heart. You could have been anywhere else, but you chose to be with Esther’s Daughters. Your presence and support meant so much to us.
This conference was more than an event it was an experience with God. We laughed, cried, worshiped, prayed, healed, released, and were reminded that we are anchored unshaken, unwavering, and unafraid!
Thank you all for helping make this past weekend such an amazing success. I love and appreciate every one of you. The best is still yet to come for Esther’s Daughters Ministries!
