Pou Ayiti Cherie🇭🇹A 501c3 nonprofit service and development organization mobilizing  financial & human resources to support the development of self-sufficient communities in Haïti. These communities would be able to secure their community’s basic needs: water, food, shelter, sanitation, and health/hygiene without the need for constant foreign aid. Our collaborative partnership model incorporate

s working with local engineers, teachers, skilled trades professionals and lay people in Haïti that go unseen and underutilized but have the skill sets to build up their community. Our vision is to support self-sufficient communities by working WITH the community. We mobilize financial and human resources to achieve our mission work. After reaching and normalizing self-sufficiency, our Partner Communities will be self-sustainable via their economic development plans to increase their socio-economic status to lead healthy and prosperous lives. Our goal is that C2C is the last non-profit our Partner Communities would work with as they become self-sufficient. This is narrative-changing work.

A HUGE thank you to our partner the New York Birdies for their show of support on and off the course.

What happened on the golf course goes far beyond a game.
Because of your generosity, 1,200 families in our Mountainside Partner Community in Petit-Goâve are one step closer to accessible healthcare, maternal support, mental health services, and a permanent home for the Continuous Care Initiative (CCI) built with dignity and partnership at the center.

So far, we’ve raised $40,100.92 to support the construction of the Bonna Dieusel Health & Wellness Center.

But we’re not stopping. You can still make a difference toward the mission. Giving is still open through May 31st. Today is a good day to donate.

We are just days away from the C2C Golf Classic. ⛳️

This Thursday, May 21st, we come together not just to golf, but to help move constructing the Bonna Dieuseul Health & Wellness Center in our Mountainside Partner Community of Petit-Goâve one step closer to reality.

This center will help serve more than 1,200 families with access to maternal care, mental health support, health education, CPR and first aid training, and consistent healthcare closer to home.

For families in Petit-Goâve, healthcare should not mean walking 2 hours down a mountain for basic medical attention.

That is why this matters.
That is why we golf.
That is why we keep showing up.

Haitian Flag Day is a reminder of courage, unity, sacrifice, and the strength of a people who continue to rise with dignity.

Today, we honor Haïti’s history, the heroes who came before us, and the resilience that continues to shape the Haitian communities on the ground and the Diaspora all over the world. They passed the baton to us. We receive it with both hands determined to run our leg of the race.

The forecast said downpours for Thu, May 14th. What did we do? We adapted, adjusted and evolved! Because we have options. The C2C Golf Classic has been moved to Thursday, May 21, 2026.

The mission has not changed.

We are still coming together to help build sustainable healthcare access for 1,200 families in our Mountainside Partner Community of Petit-Goâve through partnership, dignity, and long-term impact.
