We are incredibly proud to share that our Executive Director, Sofia Polishchuk, has been recognized as a “30 Under 30” by the Ukrainian World Congress!

The award was presented at the Global Ukrainian Summit in Bern, Switzerland, a gathering of 300+ delegates from 50 countries dedicated to supporting Ukraine’s victory and future.

From day one, our mission has been to give Ukrainian youth the resources, advocacy, and support they need to rebuild their lives. Seeing this work recognized on a global stage is an honor we share with the resilient children we serve and our amazing supporters worldwide.

Sofia is back and more energized than ever to expand our mission. A huge thank you to Paul Grod and for organizing this summit and investing in the future of Ukraine.

On June 4, we honour the memory of Ukraine’s children whose lives were taken by Russia’s war.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia killed 707 children, according to Ukrainian authorities. Another 2,548 children have been injured. A total of 2,317 children remain missing, while more than 700,000 Ukrainian children have been forcibly deported.

The real number of child victims is likely much higher. Ongoing combat actions and Russia’s temporary occupation of parts of Ukraine make it impossible to fully document the scale of these crimes.

❤️‍🩹 We remember every child. We demand justice and accountability for every crime committed by Russia.

4 червня вшановуємо пам’ять дітей України, чиї життя забрала російська війна.

Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення Росії, за даними України, загинули 707 дітей. Ще 2548 дітей зазнали поранень. 2317 дітей вважаються зниклими безвісти, а понад 700 тисяч українських дітей були депортовані.

Реальна кількість постраждалих дітей може бути значно більшою. Через активні бойові дії та тимчасову окупацію частини території України встановити точні масштаби цих злочинів досі неможливо.

❤️‍🩹 Пам’ятаємо кожну дитину. Вимагаємо справедливості та відповідальності за кожен злочин Росії.

Пані Віра самотужки виховує своїх діток. Іноді це нелегко, адже не все можна робити так, як ми звикли — руками. Та на допомогу приходять ноги. У домі завжди прибрано, а на столі — приготовлена їжа…
А ми лише стараємося підтримати й допомогти чим можемо.
