Autism: I open every piece of mail the day it arrives and file it immediately.
ADHD: There is a pile of unopened mail on my counter from 2022.
AuDHD: I opened half of it, panicked at what I found, and haven’t touched the pile since!

- Returning something to a store
- Calling instead of texting
- "Just fill out this quick form"
- Making an appointment.. and then going
- Putting something away "where it belongs"
- Parking + walking in + doing the thing
(THE WHOLE THING)
- Listening to a slow talker (I'M SORRY)
