ATTENTION: Alliance for Positive Change offices and community center sites will be operating with limited staff tomorrow, 2/24/26, due to the weather conditions in New York City. Staff are working remotely, so if you need service, please reach out to your case manager via phone. If possible, stay inside and limit exposure to the cold!
