The DDX3X Foundation is a non-profit founded in 2015 to help find a cure for the DDX3X Gene Mutation. As part of its mission, the Foundation will support existing research, education, and treatment programs focused on the DDX3X Gene Mutation. The Foundation has three primary functions: Research, Support for Families, and Raising Public Awareness of the DDX3X Gene Mutation. Formed by parents of chi

ldren with the DDX3X mutation, we understand the daily trials and struggles associated with this disorder. Many of the people we work with went years without knowing the cause of their child’s condition.

A huge thank you to the Grace family of Oklahoma for their incredible fundraising at the 4th Annual Beast Feast! This year they raised $90k to donate to The DDX3X Foundation and over the past 4 years they have raised $240k!💜

Registration and housing are now open for the 2026 Scientific Conference! We have included the 2025 agenda for reference; however, exact timing, locations, and speakers are to be determined closer to the conference.

This year’s event will be a mix of scientific content and family fun!

The conference will open on Thursday with a reception and dinner.

On Friday, attendees will hear the latest scientific updates from the doctors and scientists working on DDX3X Syndrome. The conference will close with an off-site dinner.

On Saturday, make time for family fun until mid-afternoon.
A room block is available at Hotel DuPont. Sleeping rooms are available 10/15-10/19. All attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own lodging.
