LOOK | Today, August 1, 2026, Sir Gerardo V. Calderon, KGCR, President of the Rizal Center Foundation, attended the Conferment Ceremony of the 4th Degree Rank, Knight Grand Officer of Rizal (KGOR) in honor of Sir Alwin Ilaga, KGOR a significant occasion recognizing exemplary commitment to the ideals and legacy of Dr. Jose Rizal.
