Four years ago, I saw something that I couldn’t ignore…

Girls are growing up in a world that is louder, faster, and more overwhelming than ever before.

Comparison starts younger. Confidence fades quicker. And kindness—especially toward themselves—often gets lost along the way.

I didn’t create 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 because everything was easy.
I created it because it wasn’t.

Because our tween and teen girls deserve more than just getting through these years—
they deserve to feel confident in who they are.
They deserve to know their voice matters.
They deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and never alone.

The Empowered Girl was built with a meaningful purpose.

And four years later… this mission matters more than ever.

Because when we pour into our girls now,
we’re shaping stronger, more confident women for the future.

Wow, what a fun night we had with these Pop Warner Cheer teams!!

Our theme was “Strong Girls, Strong Teams!”

We did two empowerment sessions with 5 teams and almost 80 girls!

These were designed to help each cheerleader shine as an individual while strengthening the unity, trust, and spirit of the entire team.
Through interactive activities and team-building exercises, the girls explored key themes: team unity, kindness, and confidence.

Each cheerleader learned ways to celebrate her own strengths while encouraging and supporting their teammates. Lots of laughs, fun and celebrating was had!

Why Positive Affirmations Matter for Empowered Girls 💬💖

The way we speak to ourselves shapes how we see ourselves.

For young girls, the world often sends messages that they’re not “enough” — not loud enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough. That’s why positive affirmations are so powerful.

They help girls rewrite the story in their minds:
