Our Vision
We envision My Kidz Community Center as a safe, well supervised, drug and alcohol free center dedicated to providing all local youth, and their families, with opportunities to experience activities that broaden their knowledge, enhance their self-esteem, promote healthy relationships and strengthen commitment to their communities. or enhance, individual and group activities that encourage, inspire, and builds upon positive socialization skills All activities and exercises will only occur under the supervision of skilled adults according to established generally acceptable practices. My Kidz Community Center believes that all young people have the capacity to develop personal responsibility, tolerance, and respect for self and others, thereby increasing the likelihood they will make positive life choices. This organization values cultural diversity and seeks to be representative and inclusive in the makeup of its board, staff, volunteers, and clientele. Our policy of inclusion seeks to acknowledge the opinions and input of our youth as a critical component to the support and success of the objectives and mission of the My Kidz Community Center. Whether publicly or privately the organization will always set an example for our clients, staff, and the communities we serve, and our work plan and methodologies will be made transparent to the communities that place their trust and well-being in our services.
