Exciting news: FPM US has financed one of the 28 scholarships for future engineers in the framework of the Girls@Polimi initiative for the 2024-2025 academic year.
These scholarships, generously supported by companies, foundations, Alumni of Politecnico di Milano, and the university itself, aim to empower high school seniors to pursue engineering degrees with low female representation, such as Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Production Engineering.
We believe that empowering young women in STEM is crucial for the future of engineering and science, and we invite you to make a difference by donating through our website (link in bio).

🎉We are excited to announce that yesterday American Chamber of Commerce in Italy awarded the special Transatlantic Academic Award to Politecnico di Milano and Fondazione Politecnico di Milano for the FPM.US project. 💪

🤩 The award was presented during the XXVII Transatlantic Award Gala Dinner. U.S. Embassy to Italy, Antonio Tajani, and Ambasciata Italiana were present for the historic occasion.
This was the first time that Italian Academic institutions undertaking an accreditation process in the American market received this distinguished award. In addition to Politecnico di Milano, Luiss Guido Carli, and Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi received recognition as well.

“The US network that we are building places our students and Alumni Politecnico di Milano at the center of these challenges. We collaborate closely with institutions and businesses that possess a transatlantic international perspective to create a sustainable future. This award is a tribute to the collective work of all those who contributed to the success of these initiatives,” remarked Prof. Ilaria Valente, Vice Rector for International Affairs at Politecnico di Milano
