The Church of the Revolution launched Sunday, June 22nd. "It was a good time," said one attendee. "Such an inspiring Vision," said another. "This is exactly what this moment calls for," said a third. "I'll be there for the next one," said so many. Join us!

This is our project to build together. It is here to deepen our collectivism, our connection to each other, our ability to aid and support each other, learn together, build a new world together AND LIVE IN IT. The Principles of Freedom were developed through a 13-month journey of collective visioning, with African, Turtle Island, Middle Eastern, and other Indigenous peoples gathering twice weekly to articulate a shared understanding of liberation. These principles invite you to imagine beyond current constraints, to envision possibilities that transcend the frameworks of white supremacy, capitalism, and colonialism. Rather than creating new ideas, we uncovered ancestral wisdom that speaks to a vision many already share—perhaps including you—providing language for truths your spirit has always known.

What is the Church of the Revolution?

The Church of the Revolution is a brand-new way for us to come together as a community. Not a religious project, it uses the familiar structure of the church as a catalyst for collective liberation, freedom, and struggle, and we hope you’ll be part of it.

Our first Church of the Revolution service will take place on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, at the Green Street Friends Meeting House from 2-5pm. We invite you to share space with us as we build and grow!

On June 22nd, at 2pm, and then every 1st Sunday for the following three months, we will gather not just to fight the fascism that is exposing itself, but to build the world we want and deserve.

Through this space we will collaborate and strategize, serve and be served, teach and learn… build together. Join us.

his brave stance against Western imperialism, for which he
was assassinated.
