Yes! Check your attitude too

Before blaming people, “village people,” or bad luck… pause and ask yourself honestly:

Are you reliable? Do you communicate properly? Do you keep your word? Are you easy to work with consistently?
Because sometimes opportunities don’t disappear because you lack talent.
Sometimes they disappear because people remember the experience they had with you.

If you communicate badly, show up late, lack consistency, disrespect people, or make yourself difficult to work with, people may stop recommending you quietly.
Talent may open doors.
But character determines whether those doors stay open.
