Hills East ➜ Back to the Suffolk County Championship
Team SWL × Hills East Football

Last night was special on so many levels.

For our dual-sport athletes who grind with Team SWL Basketball and then go dominate under the Friday night lights for Hills East Football, this wasn’t just another win…

This was their LAST game on their home field.
And they left everything out there.

Sebastian ( #55, Class of 2026) — ended his home field game with MONSTER sack.
Kaylib ( #23 Class of 2028) — ripped off a HUGE 50-yard kickoff return that lit the crowd up.
Adrian ( #1 Class of 2026) — hauled in a 50-yard touchdown on his home field for the final time.
Donnie, Sebastian, Adrian (Class of 2026) & Kaylib (Class of 2028) — all chasing college dreams and proving they’re built for the next level.

But what made the night even more powerful?

Their SWL brothers were right there in the stands supporting them.
That’s who we are.
That’s the culture.
That’s FAMILY.

To go to the Suffolk County Championship for the second straight year… that’s not luck — that’s work, discipline, and HEART.

Now we take this energy to Stony Brook University on Saturday.
Bigger stage.
Brighter lights.
Everything on the line.

And we’re ready.
Because this group doesn’t break — they rise.

🔥 HUNTER FRAZIER IS D1 BOUND! 🔥
Committed to Le Moyne College • Class of 2026

From a 10-year-old kid walking into his first Team SWL workout…
to a young man earning his place as a Division I basketball student-athlete —
THIS is what the SWL journey is all about.

Hunter has been the definition of consistency:
• Early mornings
• Late-night workouts
• Film sessions
• Strength training
• Showing up even when it wasn’t convenient
• Leading by example on and off the court

None of this was handed to him. He WORKED for every bit of it.

To see a kid grow up in our program — from youth development, to middle school, to high school varsity, and now to the D1 level — this is the impact we always talk about.

Hunter is proof that when you trust the process, stay coachable, and surround yourself with the right village… GREATNESS HAPPENS.

Le Moyne is getting a competitor, a leader, and a young man who represents everything SWL stands for:
Character • Work Ethic • Family • Faith • Legacy

Proud is an understatement.
This one hits different.
This is FAMILY.

STRONGER EVERY SEASON. STRONGER EVERY REP. IRON SHARPENS IRON.

and showed what happens when you commit to the process — LJ added 20 pounds of muscle added in just 3 months going from 128lbs to 148lbs. Donnie added 15lbs going from 170lbs to 185lbs
This is SWL: work ethic, discipline, and a culture that pushes you to become your best.
