Please do not give the exact location even if you recognize this! A colony of senior cats have had to quickly relocate due to extensive construction. Thankfully, the city helped move them to a safer, better area for them. To help these old kitties, please do not give food at the old location so that they get more used to their new area away from busy roads and dangerous, active construction.

One of our colonies is being renovated so the longstanding feeding area is no longer an option. But the city has been wonderful providing access to a much better, safer, less visible area for the cats. But they have many admirers! Do not worry.

But do but feed here either. The cats must accept the new location and the area can't be untidy with trash or the colony may be harmed.

This is a very good thing for this colony, and we couldn't be more pleased with the process. Also when discussing this please do not give the exact location even if you recognize it. For the safety of the cats.

Always Sunny kittens update! All 4 are losing weight. Pewps are soft but not liquid. Dewormers are finished so we will test that next week and i'm sending the 2 smallest ones to the vet next week so we cloud use some help!

When we can plan ahead, spay/neuter can come in under $100 for us, but for very pregnant cats we have to take what we can get and we were happy to find next- day services, across the 2 visits, $500 for this affectionate little lady. Zelle [email protected].

Echocardiogram for Amos! This 7y old had some unusual bloodwork (irregular probnp) so he will need to see a specialist and get an echo. The more affordable options I'm seeing are $800-900 in nyc.

tips needed! kittens are eating with decent pewps, but not gaining weight. What are your "fatten them up" tips?

how many grabs until I get one? All the failures!

In reality I'm getting them used to the idea of motion above them and delaying their eating until they are hungry enough to let me grab. Plus, psyching myself up for the commit.
