🧗‍♀️ 3rd Annual AAPI Heritage Month Climbing Trip: APPLICATIONS OPEN!

The wait is over! We are officially opening applications for our 3rd Annual AAPI Heritage Month Climbing Trip. We’re heading back to the breathtaking Shawangunks (The Gunks), and we want YOU to be part of this year's team!

This is more than just a climbing trip—it’s an intentional space built for community, culture, and connection. We are proud to continue our deep partnership with the and , working together to honor AAPI heritage while stewarding the beautiful lands we climb on.

🗓️ Key Details

Dates: Friday, May 15 – Sunday, May 17, 2026

🏕️Location: Samuel F. Pryor III Shawangunk Gateway Campground

⏩Departure: Leaving LIC (Long Island City) on Friday, 05/15 at 1:30 PM sharp.

⏪Return: Back from SAM Pryor by Sunday, 05/17 at 5:30 PM.

Capacity: 10 spots available for this application round!

🌟 What Makes This Trip Special?

All-Inclusive: Your $150 covers access fees, meals, camping, transportation, and expert guiding.

No Gear? No Problem: ACT provides tents, sleeping pads, harnesses, and helmets at no extra cost.

Delicious Meals: Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included. Dietary needs can be accommodated!

Beginner Friendly: Professional guides will ensure everyone climbs safely, regardless of experience level.

Community-Centric: Evening campfires, group meals, and activities supported by

✅Comfortable outdoor clothing & sturdy shoes.
✅Personal toiletries & a water bottle.
✅A sleeping bag and pad (or one can be provided).

Since this is an application-based trip, we are looking for teammates who can commit to the full schedule and are ready to dive into the ACT community!
