At the Lions District 12N Convention in Farragut last Saturday. The TNT Lions Club was recognized several times throughout the convention. Our president Carl Nichols was honored as the newest Lions Club President in the "world" by the US Lions President from Washington State.
District 12N lost several members last year due to death. Each was recognized during the convention. Due to those losses, the TNT Lions Club was thanked for bringing the district's membership above its previous number. We were recognized for having an outstanding membership dinner and the great start. Wayne Garland was installed as the new District 12N Governor.
Debbie from Union County, was recognized as "Lion of the Year."
