How can “S̶a̶v̶e̶ Scam My Louisiana” claim they’re not connected to Bloomberg-funded activists and radical environmental groups…while proudly displaying Earthjustice materials at their own meeting in French Settlement last night?

Let’s be clear: these are NOT separate movements.

You may have heard of Earthjustice before, but this is NOT some harmless community group.

It’s a San Francisco-based activist organization tied to the same anti-energy network fighting Louisiana industry and CCS projects. Earthjustice has worked alongside groups like Healthy Gulf and Deep South Center for Environmental Justice to attack Louisiana’s authority over CCS projects.

And it gets worse.

Earthjustice is connected to Michael Bloomberg’s “Beyond Petrochemicals” campaign — an $85 MILLION effort created to BLOCK petrochemical growth and industrial expansion in Louisiana and across America.

That’s the network Save My Louisiana is standing with. That’s Earthjustice’s map they’re displaying at their meeting.

Different names. SAME agenda.

STOP energy projects.
STOP petrochemical growth.
STOP carbon capture.
KILL Louisiana jobs.

The mask is off.

Save My Louisiana / Earthjustice isn’t “saving” Louisiana.
They’re helping out-of-state liberal activists DESTROY it, while pretending to be the good guys.

Livingston Parish residents deserve to know exactly who is showing up at your school tonight, tied to the anti-CCS movement.

Reasonable people can disagree on policy. But the violent threats, intimidation, and unhinged rhetoric coming from some of these activists should alarm every person in this parish. Our elected officials and community leaders should not be subjected to harassment simply for doing their jobs.

While these activists spread chaos and fear, Louisiana families are trying to talk about real jobs, real investment, and real opportunity for the future of this state.

The people of Louisiana deserve facts and civil discussion, not intimidation and extremism.

Governor Jeff Landry said it best: in Louisiana, no company can just come in and TAKE your property. Our Constitution protects private property rights. Period.

The fearmongering needs to stop. Louisiana has some of the strongest laws and oversight in the country, and carbon capture projects must follow strict rules at every step.

CCS means jobs, investment, energy leadership, and a stronger future for Louisiana families, while respecting landowners and protecting property rights.

Court records don’t lie. John Fleming does.

After being challenged in court, Fleming backed down and agreed to pull his ad rather than testify under oath.

He claimed he “never voted for CCS.” Public records show he voted for it multiple times.

When it came time to tell the truth under oath, he folded.
