Art Camp 504 empowers New Orleans youth to find their artistic voices through exploration and collaboration with peers and professional artists. Ages 0-17.

Weekly Classes, Seasonal Camps, Birthdays & Events. Now offering adult & family classes! Our classes and camps go far beyond arts & crafts. Whether its culinary camp, circus arts class or toy design camp, we employ the city’s freshest artists across a multitude of disciplines who guide kids through creative pathways, building self-confidence along the way. We believe in a world where every child has access to high-quality, culturally relevant arts education - regardless of who they are or what zip code they were born in. Our Rising Artists Program provides scholarships and sliding scale discounts. What started in 2016 as a 4-week summer arts camp for neighborhood kids in the Bywater has grown into the most culturally-relevant and unique youth arts non-profit in New Orleans. Now serving well over 1,000 youth per year, in many ways we’re just getting started. We offer creative and social development pathways for New Orleans’ youth through a multidisciplinary approach that spans eight tracks. In these tracks, you’ll find classes like Sketch Squad, Circus Arts, Set Design, Imagination Nation and much much more!

What makes Art Camp 504 different? ✨

Our students travel through time and space. They have magical powers. They’ve saved at least one planet and uncovered the secrets of ancient civilizations.

Our students are more than kids — they are CREATURES, each with an ever-evolving collection of names, professions, interests, jobs, and home planets.

We are united by a shared desire for creativity, cooperation, and high-stakes intergalactic adventures.

And every year, our students help create the theme for the year ahead. That theme becomes the foundation for our projects, music videos, art installations, feature film, stories, costumes, and so much more.

🌟 RIGHT NOW, YOU CAN HELP DECIDE WHAT COMES NEXT! 🌟

We still have a few spots left in Fall Break Camp, where students will pitch ideas and help shape our next annual theme.
- Oct 8-16, Daily registration available
