While we prepare for the coming festivities I think it’s time we spread some Brooksy love 💗 and catch everyone up to speed on how we came to be what we are today!
Our inaugural Louisianimals year was in memory of our beloved Brooksy Baby, everyone’s best friend, the most eclectic one in the bunch. It was a no brainer that we would march as a flamboyance of flamingos, since we all knew that was his finest look 🦩 In his memory- 100+ friends paraded thru the city in a sea of pink lighting up the streets. He was a Mardi Gras beacon - always the one to call when you wanted to know the best place to be. His spirit will always live on through each revelor in the streets. Although his physical presence is no longer with us, he is our forever King & with us every step of the way! We miss you Brooksy!! All hail 👑 & Love Always 💖
