Some friendships are built over time.
Others begin the moment you enter the world together.
As we continue highlighting Katherine’s story leading up to this year’s Spider’s Charity Golf Tournament, we wanted to share a glimpse into the relationship she shares with her twin sister, and honestly, it is hard to read her words without feeling the love between them.
When asked about Katherine’s best quality, she answered simply... Her pure heart and genuineness.
No long speech. No dramatic explanation. Just the kind of answer that tells you everything you need to know about who Katherine is and the bond they share.
Ella also shared that during this season, Katherine has taught her to never give up and to put her trust in God. That kind of perspective does not come from weakness. It comes from courage. From faith. From walking through difficult moments together and refusing to let those moments define you.
But maybe the most powerful part was hearing Ella describe her favorite thing about being Katherine’s twin.
“We will always be there for each other regardless.”
That is family. That is loyalty. That is unconditional love.
This tournament is about more than raising money. It is about standing beside families like theirs and reminding them that even in difficult seasons, they are surrounded by a community that cares deeply about them.
