Marcus and Ashley were happily expecting twins, Isla and Marley, in Texas. At a routine doctor’s appointment, they learned that Isla’s brain had not developed properly and she could not survive.

Marcus remembers having to drain the family savings in order to travel to Colorado to get an abortion to save Ashley and Marley’s lives due to Texas’ abortion ban.

He’s speaking out about it because he thinks men need to understand what these laws actually mean for the women they love and for themselves.

In 2022, Kayla Smith had an abortion for a wanted pregnancy. Her son was diagnosed with several fatal conditions, and Kayla herself was at high risk of developing a life-threatening condition. Due to Idaho’s abortion bans, Kayla had to travel outside of her home state to receive necessary medical care.

When Live Action heard Kayla’s story, they spread lies, claiming that Kayla could have had surgery to save her son and the abortion was “not medically necessary.”

Now Kayla is among 13 people demanding that Live Action cease and desist, the first step towards a lawsuit.

Caroline Williams was pregnant with her second daughter when she was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor and given one year to live. Caroline and her husband made the heart-wrenching decision to end her pregnancy so she could start treatment right away.

She had her abortion on a Sunday. On Monday, she started cancer treatment.
