Over the last few months, NOYA has been partnering with Baltimore Children and Youth Fund by offering our professional development workshops at their Learning Circles. We truly savor the opportunity to share with and learn from another community’s youth-centered spaces.

More about Baltimore Children and Youth Fund:
BCYF’s Learning Circles are immersive, cohort-based series designed to build the capacity of Baltimore’s youth-serving leaders through equity-centered learning, peer exchange, and practical skill-building. The Learning Circles create space for grassroots and nonprofit partners to reflect, learn, and grow together.

We’re continuing our 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 series from last year by spotlighting some of the incredible Black-led community organizations in New Orleans.

The 𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙮 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 sustains a culture that lives through practice, care, and the intentional passing of knowledge from one generation to the next. Through free programs focused on performance, mentorship, and the business of music, students gain skills that carry beyond the stage.

Introducing the 2025-2026 cohort of NOYA Youth Leadership Fellows! 🔥

The NOYA Youth Leadership Fellowship prepares young people ages 17–24 to take on leadership roles in the design, decision-making, implementation and evaluation phases of systems that impact their communities.

Fellows engage in trainings, mentorship, and hands-on learning to explore issues like educational equity, economic justice, housing, and legal justice reform.

This cohort officially launched in the fall and is already in motion! NOYA is excited to work alongside and learn from them throughout the year ahead.

Get to know each of the NOYA Fellows by visiting our website & stay tuned to learn more about their progress 🌟

We had an incredible on-site session last week with Aspen’s Forum for Community Solutions featuring Dr. Rashida Govan 🤎

Our Opportunity Youth Collaborative partners filled the space and brought so much insight as we explored the BMWP framework: Belonging, Meaning, Wellbeing, and Purpose. This session helped us connect these principles to our daily practice and strengthen youth-centered outcomes.
