American Association of Indian Professionals Mentoring Program Info:

The AAIP recently launched its new Mentorship Program and we need your participation in order to make it a success.

We created the mentorship program to add some structure to the social aspect of the organization. The program is a great opportunity for aspiring professionals because it ensures that you get the chance to establish connections with our more senior members. We match each new member of the AAIP with an experienced member who
can provide periodic guidance, insights into lessons learned, and networki

ng within the mentor’s sphere of influence. This relationship will undoubtedly be a great resource for the aspiring professionals and give them access to the experience that they would otherwise be missing. Potential mentors and mentees will each be given a questionnaire that will be evaluated to make the best possible matches. The mentors and mentees will then schedule a minimum of one meeting per month to connect and share their ideas.
