Healthy Heart Community Prevention Project, Inc Education programs to: Decrease childhood obesity; Prevent diabetes, hypertension, heart attacks & strokes; Improve healthy living for children & families.

The Healthy Heart is in partnership with non-profits, faith-based and school-based institutions, and clinical facilities in the New Orleans area. Our health education programs are designed to improve nutrition and physical activity of children and adults who are at risk for obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and stroke to reduce their risk for developing cardiovascular disease. We are a community si
