ACFNO American Culinary Federation of New Orleans The American Culinary Federation New Orleans was founded in 1978 under the name of Les Chefs des Cuisine d La'Louisian.

The American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter (ACFNO) It is a nonprofit corporation as a non-partisan federation of chefs and other culinarians that is dedicated to the promotion of excellence, education professionalism in the culinary profession. It changed its name to ACF New Orleans in 1991 to comply with ACF Guide Lines. We are an affiliate chapter of the American Culinary Federation and are a professional organization for Chefs and Cooks in the Greater New Orleans Area.

The American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter (ACFNO) has been serving the Greater New Orleans culinary community since 1978.

Originally founded as Les Chefs des Cuisine de la Louisiane, the chapter was established to promote culinary excellence, education, and professionalism. Today, ACFNO supports chefs at every level through certification, mentorship, competitions, and community outreach.

From the kitchen to the classroom and into the community, ACFNO continues to serve as a voice for culinarians across the Greater New Orleans region.
