✨🎈 Grand Assembly 2026 is officially in the books! 🎈✨

100 years looks good on Louisiana rainbow! Not only did we have an amazing adventures is about there session, we celebrated our 100th birthday.

What a week full of memories, madness, laughter, friendships, and enough fun to send us floating away like a house tied to balloons! ☁️🏠🎈

We adventured, we celebrated, we made memories, and somehow survived all the excitement! From start to finish, Grand assembly 2026 was definitely one for the books. 📚✨

And of course, we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Heather for an absolutely amazing term! ❤️ She truly took us on an adventure, and we are so thankful for all the hard work, leadership, and memories she brought along the way!

As one adventure comes to an end, another one is just beginning. Just like Carl and Ellie taught us, adventure is out there—and this adventure was definitely one we’ll never forget! 🎈☁️✨

Until next year! 💫🏰

Lilea received the first ever Debbi Cocran hock award.

The Debbi Cocran-Hock Memorial Fund was started to help Rainbow Girls that may need assistance with Rainbow.
Mom Debbi wanted every girl to have the opportunity to attend Rainbow activities, and periodically money would be the issue. Whether it be Grand Assembly, purchasing a Rainbow dress or shirts , Rainbow University, travel expenses to attend a School of Instruction, or maybe just going to a Pizza Party or Putt Putt, we wanted to see Debbi’s concern for the girls live on.
It is not a scholarship award. It actually is a mixture of service, Rainbow love and dedication, and in Lilea’s case a help with her travels this year, representing Louisiana Rainbow. She is currently at Supreme and has been visiting other Grand Assemblies.
We do welcome donations. Angela Cocran Sella, Martha Bea, and I started the award, made initial donations 2 years ago at Grand Assembly when we announced the award. The amounts will vary according to our discretion.
***There will be times that the girls helped will not know nor announced as a recipient as to not be embarrassed. We will receive concerns of needs from an adult representing the various assemblies.
At Grand Assembly last month I set up a table where I sold some of my Rainbow possessions, and also received some donations.
Donations should be made out to Grand Assembly of Louisiana and noted as going to the Debbi Cocran-Hock Memorial Fund. For now donations should be sent to:

Cybble Bucceri
3822 General Meyer Ave
New Orleans , LA 70114

Sherry Wood
861 Lamar Avenue
Terrytown, LA
70056.
Also, any written concerns for assistance should be sent to me at the address above and I will share with the Angela and Martha Bea.
Please include the following information:
Girl’s name & age
When initiated and assembly
How active and dedicated is the girl to Rainbow?
What Special need is for and amount of need.

Our sincere desire is to honor Mom Debbi’s memory with as much love and devotion as she gave to Rainbow from the time she was a 12 year old Rainbow Girl.
