ATTENTION PEERS- if you were not able to make it, there was a Q&A session with OBH and they have put out an RFI (request for information). This is so they can gather input for the next steps to progressing Peer Support Specialists to be raised to another level of being able to be a profession billed by Medicaid across the board. It will detail training procedures, certification/credentialing etc. I am hosting a Zoom meeting Friday, September 11th at 5:30pm. Go to this link to view the RFI and print out prior to the meeting. As many peers as possible need to fill this out so our voices can be heard! Nothing about us without us!!
