The 4PXP 4th Annual Early Learning Conference is looking for vendors to be part of our Marketplace on July 24–25, 2026 in New Orleans.

Vendor Registration

⭐ $150 – Two-Day Vendor (Priority Placement)
⭐ $100 – One-Day Vendor

Your vendor package includes:
✔️ 6-foot table with two chairs
✔️ Up to two representatives
✔️ Listing on the conference website
✔️ Business contact information, website, social media, and product overview
✔️ Featured in at least one conference promotional email and one social media post

How the Process Works

1️⃣ Complete the vendor registration form. www.forprovidersbyproviders.org/annualconference
2️⃣ Our team will review your application to help create a well-balanced Marketplace with a variety of vendors and products.
3️⃣ If your business is approved, we'll send you a payment link to officially reserve your space.

Our goal is to provide attendees with a diverse shopping experience, so we may limit the number of vendors within the same product category.

For Providers by Providers is honored to participate in the America 250 Community Conversation hosted in partnership with the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.

This conversation comes at a critical time for Louisiana and for our nation as we continue to ask hard questions about democracy, equity, access, and whose voices are centered in shaping our future.

As an organization founded by providers, for providers, we know that early childhood educators — especially Black women — have always been on the frontlines of community building, workforce development, advocacy, and care. Long before the world called child care “essential,” providers were holding families, economies, and entire communities together.

We look forward to joining fellow trailblazers in conversation around freedom, collaboration, history, and the meaning of being American — through the lens of those doing transformational work in New Orleans every single day.

Kynisha Jackson, Owner of Monarch Learning Academy, represents what it means to grow with purpose.

Starting as a Family Child Care provider in Orleans Parish, she took the next step and opened her Type III Child Care Center in 2024.

Through her participation in the 4PXP Peer-to-Peer Cohort #3 and continued membership, Kynisha is building a strong foundation for her business, her staff, and the families she serves.

👏 She recently renewed her 4PXP membership and continues to lead with intention.

📣 Monarch Learning Academy is now enrolling children ages 6 months to 5 years.

Meet Letara Vellos, Program Manager of 4PXP’s Early Childhood Teacher Corps (ECTC) 💛

ECTC, 4PXP’s first workforce program, was created to meet a clear need: more classroom support today and a stronger pipeline of educators for tomorrow. Now in its third year, the program places trained AmeriCorps members in early learning classrooms to support language, literacy, and math while they gain hands-on experience and work toward a CDA credential.

Under Letara’s leadership, ECTC is rooted in consistency, care, and a deep commitment to children, providers, and communities.
