Our youth deserve to understand how power works in their community.

That’s why The People’s Promise Youth Division is hosting a Spring Civic Power Lab for youth ages 10–18.

Young people will learn how to:
• Map power in their community
• Research real Louisiana bills
• Understand how laws impact their lives
• Build leadership and advocacy skills

We understand that it's up to us to get the vote out. We must go into the neighborhoods and pull our people out of the house. Join us as we canvass the community and engage with the people. The dates and times of the communities we are canvassing are below. We are also asking for volunteers to walk the community with us.
