Today (12.13), world renowned spirits expert Fred Minnick announced his third-annual Super Bowl week event, bringing bourbon, music, pop culture and football together with Fred Minnick Live Presented by The New Orleans Bourbon Festival, taking place on February 7th at the New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel.

I am tremendously honored that Task Force Pelican, was selected as this years beneficiary. Task Force Pelican is the parent organization of my culinary therapy program and renown competition cooking team, Squeal Team Six.
