Our Rec Team Tumbling class is designed for athletes ages 6–12 who cheer for recreational football programs like the Dandridge Broncos, Northview Cougars, and other local teams! It’s an opportunity to build tumbling skills with a class time designed to work around rec team practices.

Whether your athlete is just getting started, learning a cartwheel, or working on a back handspring, we’ll meet them at their current skill level. We’ll focus on strong fundamentals, fine-tuning existing skills, and safely progressing toward new ones—all while building confidence!

Class runs from 4:30–5:30 and is limited to 12 athletes. If it fills up, we’ll look into adding another!

Today, our hearts are heavy as we honor a woman who meant so much to the world—but who will always mean something a little extra to those of us who call Sevier County home. 🩷

Dolly Parton showed the world that you can come from a small place, dream BIG, and never forget where you came from. She poured so much back into this community, invested in generations of children, and created a legacy that will live far beyond her music.

Dolly spoke of creating “a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more.” And what a legacy she created. 🤍

This year is the very first season of our Lil Dolly’s team. When we chose their name, we wanted it to represent our East Tennessee roots. We never imagined that in their first season, our girls would take the competition floor carrying her name in honor of her legacy.

And they’ll carry a little piece of Dolly with them every time they perform—her music is woven into their competition routine. 🎶

We hope our Lil Dolly’s carry forward more than her name: dream big, work hard, be kind, give back, love people well, and never forget where you came from.

So this season, when they announce “Rocky Top Allstars… Lil Dolly’s!” and Dolly’s music begins to play, it will mean a little more. 🩷

Dream more. Learn more. Do more. Become more.

We’re excited to offer a Mommy & Me Tumble class on Mondays from 5:00–5:45 PM for children ages 3–5. 💕

We know that joining a class for the first time can feel like a big step for little ones. Some children may need a little extra time, encouragement, or the comfort of having their grown-up close by—and that’s exactly what this class is for.

Together, we’ll work on listening skills, confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, and beginner tumbling through games, obstacle courses, stations, and guided activities. Parents or guardians will stay involved throughout the class, helping their child feel comfortable while learning how to participate in a class setting.

Our hope is to give each child a positive and encouraging introduction to tumbling while allowing you to enjoy this experience alongside them. 🎀

📚🍎 Back-to-School Break Reminder 🍎📚

As everyone gets ready for a new school year, we want to give our Rocky Top families a little extra time to settle into new routines.

✨ There will be NO tumbling today, Monday, or Tuesday of next week.

💙 All classes and team activities will resume on Wednesday, August 12. We can’t wait to get back in the gym and kick off an amazing season together!

As this school year begins, we’re praying for each of our athletes and their families. We pray this year is filled with growth, confidence, new friendships, wisdom, and so many reasons to smile.

We’re especially praying for the mamas and daddies sending their little ones off to school for the very first time. We know what a big milestone that is. And we’re praying just as much for the parents who’ve done this before, because every school year brings new challenges, new memories, and new opportunities.

We love our Rocky Top family and are so thankful you’re part of it. We can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym on August 12! 💗💙
