The FACTS are:

A council member lived inside the district and then built a home outside the district.

That council member knew where he paid his school taxes and continued to lead from the board seat without disclosing the situation to the school or the public until 2024.

In 2024, the board member asked for advice on the situation and was told that because he had used the Church where he serves as his application address, within the district, he should be fine.

November 2025, the current board ask Mr. Anderson to resign.

Those of you who are saying we no longer tell the truth because we did not include all the gossip or bias when answering questions earlier, should question the WRCCISD Administration and the Board of Trustees one-tenth the amount you question and judge everything we say. Or at the very least, do a little due diligence and show up to a board meeting.

Keep in mind- we, just like other “media”, rely on what we are told and what we hear in meetings. We are not privy to executive sessions.

UIL State Executive Committee to Meet; Possible Rules Violations with Transferring Players

AUSTIN, Texas — The State Executive Committee of the University Interscholastic League will convene at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 20, via teleconference to determine the eligibility of student-athletes and discuss potential rules violations. It will be available Live on the UIL State Executive Committee Page.
