It is with heavy hearts that we remember Tyler Koscinski, who tragically passed away but left an enduring mark on everyone who knew him. Tyler was not only a beloved member of our community, but also an extraordinary athlete whose passion for sports and dedication to his team and friends was a defining feature of his life. In memory of Tyler’s passion for athletics, we have established the Tyler Koscinski Memorial Foundation to provide support to student-athletes pursuing their dreams. The foundation aims to provide scholarships to deserving young athletes in the Lincoln-Way area, helping them achieve their academic and athletic goals at the collegiate level. Through your generosity, we are keeping Tyler’s legacy alive, ensuring that his dedication to sports and community continues to inspire the next generation. Supporting the Foundation
We are in the process of securing our non-profit status with the State of Illinois and are awaiting approval. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we work towards finalizing this process. For those who wish to donate immediately, we have provided a Venmo code linked to Tyler’s father, with all funds being transferred to the non-profit account once it is established. Your contributions will help create life-changing opportunities for student-athletes who share Tyler’s passion and drive. Contact Us

Today marks two years since we lost Tyler.

Two years without his smile, his laugh, his presence, and the joy he brought to so many people. While the pain of losing him never truly goes away, neither does the love we have for him.

Through the TK9 Foundation, we are committed to keeping Tyler’s name and legacy alive by giving back to the community he loved and supporting the next generation of student-athletes.

Every scholarship. Every event. Every donation. Every person who helps us continue this mission is another way Tyler’s legacy lives on.

We miss you more than words can say, Tyler. You will never be forgotten. ❤️

💙 Happy 22nd Birthday, Tyler. 💙

Today is one of those days that is filled with so many different emotions.

September 8th should be a day where we’re celebrating Tyler turning 22 — laughing with him, giving him a hard time, watching him do what he loved, and making memories we would have carried with us forever. Instead, we celebrate him by keeping his memory alive and making sure the impact he had on all of us continues.

22 years of Tyler.
22 years of memories.
22 years of love.
And a lifetime of missing him.

Tyler’s number was #9, and that number has come to mean so much more to us than just a number on a baseball jersey. It represents a brother, a son, a teammate, a friend, and a young man who left an impact on so many people.

Last year, for Tyler’s 21st birthday, we asked everyone to give $21 for 21 years in his honor. The generosity and love shown to our family was overwhelming.

So today, on what would have been Tyler’s 22nd birthday, we’re asking you to help us do it again.
